NOVUS Athlete Harrison Butker
Harrison Butker, a vital member of the NOVUS athlete roster since 2020, embodies the company mantra, “Claim Your Crown,” rooted in living a life of passion, conviction, and perseverance. His journey with NOVUS began at the FOCUS SLS20 Catholic conference, where the co-founders of NOVUS, Nick and Garrett Bernardo, struck up a partnership that has since flourished.

Butker's season kicked off with an impressive streak, making his first 24 field goals. In Week 17, against the Cincinnati Bengals, he went a perfect 6-for-6 on field goals, earning him the title of AFC Special Teams Player of the Week. His remarkable six field goals set a personal record. Overall, Butker concluded the season with 33 successful field goals out of 35 attempts, boasting a career-high field goal percentage of 94.3%. Notably, he nailed all 12 of his attempts from beyond 40 yards, including a remarkable field goal from over 60 yards. Additionally, Butker maintained his perfect record on extra point attempts for the second time in his career. His stellar performance in the 2023 season propelled him back to the second spot in NFL history for career field goal percentage, with a minimum of 100 attempts.
Butker’s exceptional performance this past season solidified his reputation as one of the NFL's most reliable kickers in postseason history. Butker has made all 14 of his kicks — seven field goals and seven extra points — in the Chiefs’ three postseason victories.

NOVUS' connection with Odum was sparked by a chance encounter with a friend of his sporting a crown tattoo paired with the James 1:12 verse. For the Bernardo brothers, this resonated deeply, bringing back memories of their childhood poster that served as a constant reminder to persevere—a sentiment now embodied in every garment they create.
