NOVUS Raises $10,000 for the American Cancer Society
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, NOVUS pulled out all the stops at our annual Tackle Cancer Party. The evening was an ode to unity, music, and a shared commitment to support the fight against cancer. With country music star RaeLynn headlining the event, and the support of our incredible NOVUS community, the event raised over $10,000 for the American Cancer Society! Transforming NOVUS HQ
The NOVUS team, along with the expertise of Mazzone Hospitality transformed the office space into a vibrant concert venue. Setting the stage for an incredible evening to raise awareness for breast cancer, our office was decorated in pink! From the decorations to the lighting and even a pink red carpet, the atmosphere was electric and the stage was set for an unforgettable night.
Country Music Star RaeLynn
RaeLynn’s live acoustic performance was nothing short of spectacular. She shared the stories behind each of the songs she performed making the event feel very exclusive. She serenaded the crowd with some of her biggest hits, including “God Made Girls,” “Queens Don’t,” “Love Triangle,” and “Rowdy.”
A Touch of Pink
To showcase our Pink Line and honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we had a Pink Pop Up Shop at the event. Our Pink Line apparel was on full display and available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. Our Tackle Cancer Party also featured a photobooth, giving attendees the chance to capture special moments in support of a great cause. Plus a special shoutout to our Pink Sponsor, McFawn Restoration!
Tailgate-Inspired Treats
With football season being in full swing, Mazzone Hospitality whipped up a tasty display of tailgate-inspired food and drinks. The menu featured buffet-style sliders, pizza, tacos and more, that could be washed down with a signature pink cocktail! NOVUS and the American Cancer society are so grateful for their generous contribution.
Media Coverage
The town was buzzing with excitement over RaeLynn being at our headquarters and putting on an intimate concert for us ahead of her big show at the Troy Savings Bank. ESPN Radio’s 104.5 the Drive with Charlie and Dan joined us for a live interview session and The Onorato & Miller Show also hosted live from our office and had the opportunity to chat with RaeLynn about her music and the cause.
Raffles & Squares
The event was not only about music and camaraderie but also about giving back. A mission that is always at the forefront of everything we do. Football squares and raffle items added an element of excitement, with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.
A Night to Remember
The Tackle Cancer Party will be remembered for years to come thanks to the support of our NOVUS community. With over 100 attendees, the gathering underscored the power of coming together for a common cause and making a difference.
