From attending local tournaments to Super Bowl LVII and everywhere in between, the NOVUS team made the most out of the shortest month of the year. The crown touched down at RPI team night, the Rink Rat Tournament, the PGA Tour, and most notably—Super Bowl LVII.
Super Bowl LVII
NOVUS made their big debut at Super Bowl LVII to cheer on NOVUS athlete, Harrison Butker. Garrett, Nick and Scott got the VIP treatment and had the opportunity to meet the Hunt family, the Chiefs players and staff, and witness Chiefs fans rocking their Stadium Collection gear. The team celebrated the big win with Harrison Butker, who made the game-winning kick with only seconds remaining in the game.
World Champs Collection
To honor Harrison Butker’s big win, NOVUS released a limited-edition Super Bowl LVII Championship Collection. The collection was inspired by Harrison Butker’s iconic poses after scoring the game-winning field goals at the AFC Championship and Super Bowl LVII. Shoutout to our design team for quickly knocking out these epic designs to take the Super Bowl celebrations to the next level!
NOVUS Athlete Christina Wellen
NOVUS continues to expand its team of NIL athletes with the addition of Christina Wellen, outfielder for the Florida Gators. From advancing to the 2022 Women's College World Series to being a 3x All-State Softball player, NOVUS looks forward to watching Christina claim her crown!
The CrownCast
The CrownCast continues to build momentum as we share the stories of our athletes. In February, we had the opportunity to chat with Terese Cannon, Professional Beach Volleyball Player for Team USA who is on her Olympic journey in hopes to compete in Paris 2024. We also got to catch up with San Francisco 49ers All-Pro, George Odum on his journey from undrafted to special teams star.
NOVUS Gives Back
Cold weather and warm hearts for team NOVUS. On February 3, the coldest day of the year, NOVUS donated over 1,300 items to the City Mission of Schenectady to help those in need.
