With summer right around the corner, NOVUS has been busy preparing for the 13th Annual CAT Volleyball Tournament. During the month of May, NOVUS launched an exciting sock collaboration with Tall Order Socks. We also have some exciting star athletes headlining the CAT13 this year. Professional Athletes to Headline the CAT13
Every year, this volleyball fundraiser gets bigger and better and the 13th annual tournament is no different. We’re bringing extra heat with pro athlete guests, more teams than ever before and a $25,000 fundraising goal for the American Cancer Society!
Headlining the CAT13 on June 21 will be Super Bowl XLVII champion offensive lineman Michael Oher, whose story was made famous by the book and movie The Blind Side, Kansas City Chiefs two-time Super Bowl champion Harrison Butker and Team USA beach volleyball star Terese Cannon. Crown Claiming Athletes
NOVUS Athlete and former SU basketball guard commits to Clemson University as his transfer destination. Joseph Girard III had his best season as a senior in 2022-23, leading Team Orange with 16.4 points per game. NOVUS looks forward to watching him claim his crown for the Tigers!
Tri-City Valley Cats Home Opener
The Tri-City Valley Cats claimed their crown at their season opener! NOVUS is proud to be an official outfitter and on-field partner with these local legends.
The Dream Factory of Kansas City
NOVUS athlete and the Honorary Chairman of the Dream Factory of Kansas City, Harrison Butker recently attended his second Boulevard of Dreams Fundraiser to raise money and awareness for children struggling with critical or chronic illnesses. NOVUS had the honor of creating the line of clothing that would be featured in the fashion show.
“This year was special to see the close collaboration that NOVUS had with Dream Factory,” said Butker. “The fashion show was a hit and having my friend and teammate James Winchester on stage, modeling the clothes with some of the kids was awesome.”
