Customer Success Representative

Your Team: 

Join our team of dedicated Customer Success Representatives and collaborate closely with our Account Managers to ensure an exceptional experience for all NOVUS customers. At NOVUS, we believe in fostering growth and development—this role is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic company that values initiative, creativity, and leadership.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in delivering the best brand experience possible for our customers. You will assist at the front desk, handling customer service requests via phone, email, or in-person at HQ, making a lasting first impression on everyone we work with. Your weekly responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Service

  • Answer phone inquiries regarding new questions and relay information to appropriate NOVUS channels (sales, operations, etc.).

  • Correspond with customers via email, follow up on inquiries, resolve service requests/issues, and schedule order pickups.

  • Problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.

  • Relay all order issues to the Operations Manager promptly.

2. Account Management Support

  • Provide direct support to the Outside and Inside Sales Teams.

  • Build Team Stores to assist account managers and sales representatives.

  • Sort Team Stores and place Purchase Orders (POs).

  • Print and file invoices for retail, online stores, and bulk orders.

3. Marketing

  • Support growth initiatives through event coordination, content creation, and collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with website projects to enhance user experience.

  • Help the sales prospecting side of the marketing team by identifying target markets and engaging current and prospective followers on social media platforms via community management.

  • Create store graphics and other promotional materials for team or corporate stores.

Necessary Skills for Success:

  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.

  • Ability to utilize CRM software, SquareSpace, Printavo, and Monday.com.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.

Your Schedule:

Monday to Friday (full-time), approximately 40 hours per week.
