Inside Sales Representative
Location: Albany, New York

At NOVUS, we're building a championship Inside Sales team from scratch, and we want the best players to join us. Your Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving NOVUS’ growth by generating new business through outbound sales efforts and converting company-provided leads. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll help create solutions for our customers while representing a brand that stands for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Find new opportunities: Use cold calling, networking, tradeshows, and other outreach methods to identify potential customers.
Research customers: Understand the unique needs of prospects and tailor solutions to fit.
Build relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with both new and existing customers.
Close sales: Drive results by successfully pitching and closing deals.
Prepare materials: Develop sales presentations and pitches.
Provide exceptional service: Deliver excellent support and maintain accurate CRM records.
Monitor trends: Stay ahead of market trends and share insights.

Account Manager
Location: Albany, New York
Status: Full-Time, Salary
Your Team:
As an Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with Key Account Managers, the Customer Success Team, and the Director of Operations. At NOVUS, we believe in fostering growth and development—this role is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic company that values initiative, teamwork, and leadership.
Primary Areas of Responsibility
1. Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the process from initial inquiry to order delivery.
Build and nurture relationships with leads and customers throughout the year.
Collaborate with the design team to create customer mockups using Printavo.
Utilize Printavo for invoicing, order management, and payment processing.
Build and maintain team stores on Squarespace, managing orders upon store closure.
Create purchase orders, product labels, and track production using Monday.com.
Ensure outstanding customer service to maintain high client satisfaction.
2. Customer Success & Service
Respond to phone and email inquiries, routing requests to the appropriate teams.
Address customer service requests, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with products.
Communicate order updates and escalate concerns to the Operations Manager as needed.
3. IT & Operations Support
Assist the Director of Operations with preparation for weekly operations meetings.
Support the IT Project Manager by providing use case examples and feedback on process improvements.

Customer Success Representative

Your Team:
Join our team of dedicated Customer Success Representatives and collaborate closely with our Account Managers to ensure an exceptional experience for all NOVUS customers. At NOVUS, we believe in fostering growth and development—this role is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic company that values initiative, creativity, and leadership.
Primary Areas of Responsibility
As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in delivering the best brand experience possible for our customers. You will assist at the front desk, handling customer service requests via phone, email, or in-person at HQ, making a lasting first impression on everyone we work with. Your weekly responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Service
Answer phone inquiries regarding new questions and relay information to appropriate NOVUS channels (sales, operations, etc.).
Correspond with customers via email, follow up on inquiries, resolve service requests/issues, and schedule order pickups.
Problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.
Relay all order issues to the Operations Manager promptly.
2. Account Management Support
Provide direct support to the Outside and Inside Sales Teams.
Build Team Stores to assist account managers and sales representatives.
Sort Team Stores and place Purchase Orders (POs).
Print and file invoices for retail, online stores, and bulk orders.
3. Marketing
Support growth initiatives through event coordination, content creation, and collaboration with the marketing team.
Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with website projects to enhance user experience.
Help the sales prospecting side of the marketing team by identifying target markets and engaging current and prospective followers on social media platforms via community management.
Create store graphics and other promotional materials for team or corporate stores.
